As a child rights foundation, ensuring the safety of every child who interacts with us is our top priority.

Total security

All staff, agents, and volunteers undergo a rigorous selection process, including background checks for any past misconduct or abuse.  

Regular supervision

Once on board, they receive in-house training, ongoing education, and regular supervision. 

Complaint procedure

Our guidelines explain how to make a complaint or report a concern. The current version (effective since September 2022) is available in both English and Hungarian. Those who interacted with us before September 2022 and have concerns can refer to our previous policy, also accessible in both languages.

 

As a former member of Keeping Children Safe (KCS), a leading global organization on child safeguarding, we have shaped our Policy to prioritize children’s best interests, aligned with our foundation’s mission and KCS standards.
