Complaint procedure

Our guidelines explain how to make a complaint or report a concern. The current version (effective since September 2022) is available in both English and Hungarian. Those who interacted with us before September 2022 and have concerns can refer to our previous policy, also accessible in both languages.

 

As a former member of Keeping Children Safe (KCS), a leading global organization on child safeguarding, we have shaped our Policy to prioritize children’s best interests, aligned with our foundation’s mission and KCS standards.
