“We operate dual training for more than 2,500 vocational school students every year at Tesco. In addition to fostering their professional development, we also take responsibility for ensuring their physical and mental safety during their time with us. Over the years, we have faced many challenging cases, which highlighted the importance of developing a framework that safeguards children’s rights and provides support in managing such situations.

To achieve this, we needed an experienced partner with the right expertise and a child-centered approach.
