What should we pay attention to when organising a fresher’s camp?

The freshers’ camp is a highly anticipated event with new and exciting activities, where freshers get to know the school’s traditions, customs, teachers and older students. If carefully organised, it can be a real community experience. However these ceremonies are often humiliating and demonstrating the authoritarian hierarchy within the institution or association.
