Child Rights Clearinghouse

You know the child – We know their rights

Child-Centered Consultancy

Whether professionals, parents, relatives, or children reach out to us, our focus is always on the rights of the child involved. We provide guidance on protecting the child’s interests, representing them appropriately, and respecting their views.

Our results

Since 2017, the Hintalovon Foundation has offered various forms of child rights consultancy. We’re proud to have been recognized among the world’s top 20 legal aid services for children in 2019. Our team of lawyers, psychologists, pro bono law firm partners, and volunteers have worked collaboratively from the start.

Our colleagues

Anna Glatz

Child participation staff member

Anna volunteered for six months from Germany, and after her return she joined our Children’s Rights Centre and the Children’s Participation Programme as a coordinator. She has a degree in International Studies and is currently studying to become a lawyer, so without her knowledge and experience our team would not be the same.

dr. Dominika Rácz

Lawyer

Midi works as a children’s rights advisor and helps with the legal tasks related to specific programmes. Like the others, she strongly believes that if more people listen to children in the way they need, they can become happier children and then balanced adults. As well as being a lawyer, she is also a talented photographer and is always happy to take and send us pictures to use on social media or our website.

dr. Nóra Bárdossy-Sánta

Professional leader

Nóri plays an incredibly important role in the Foundation – she is both a professional manager and a lawyer. She’s been with the team since the beginning, joining Hintalovon in 2016 as a senior. She helps parents, professionals and children who come to us by advising them on their children’s rights. She also gives lectures and trainings, and talks a lot to the press about why it is important that every child receives support that is appropriate to their age and individual needs.

dr. Szilvi Gyurkó

Children's rights adviser

Szilvi probably needs no introduction – she is the founder of Hintalovon and is still an integral part of our operations and team. She works as a consultant in the foundation, which means she takes on and launches small projects and thinks together with the others. She is no longer involved in specific issues, but she still gives presentations, training and education.
