Hintalovon Academy

While knowledge can’t be measured in credits alone, you can earn credits through our courses.

Knowledge gives you strength and confidence! Learn about children’s rights! Learn more about recognising and preventing child abuse and violence. Whether you’re a professional, a parent, an adult or a child interested in children’s rights, our accredited and registered training courses are waiting for you. If you prefer to go at your own pace, choose our online courses. If you prefer to learn in a group, check out our list of current trainings.

We believe we have a lot to learn not only about children, but also from children. That’s why whichever training option you choose, you’ll be part of a programme that has been developed and delivered by the Foundation’s Kids Colleagues.

Over 10,000 participants in the first year

Since the launch of the Academy, thousands of responsible adults and professionals have participated in our courses. Take a look at our courses and learn for children!

Our results

Since 2016, we have provided training and professional lectures. The Hintalovon Academy, established in 2023, now hosts our accredited courses. Its foundation was made possible by a generous HUF 46 million donation from OTP Bank customers.

Our colleagues

Dóri Merényi

Associate for children's rights

Dóri joined us as a volunteer in November 2022. She is now a core member of our team as a Children’s Rights Worker. She is in charge of the Foundation’s education programme, where she not only organises online and in-person trainings, but is also a presenter. She is the implementer of the Hintalovon Academy and helps out wherever she can. Her aim is to ensure that as many professionals as possible are aware of children’s rights and can put them into practice. Her diplomatic degree and her human rights training, which she studied in the Netherlands, enable her to join international cooperation projects in addition to the academy.

dr. Szilvi Gyurkó

Children's rights adviser

Szilvi probably needs no introduction – she is the founder of Hintalovon and is still an integral part of our operations and team. She works as a consultant in the foundation, which means she takes on and launches small projects and thinks together with the others. She is no longer involved in specific issues, but she still gives presentations, training and education.

Kata Szeder

Communications Officer

Kata is responsible for the communication of super programmes and collaborations such as the Hintalovon Academy, the Arts Together project and our collaboration with Bethadine. She is the soul of all our collective thinking, constantly inspiring us with her creative and unique ideas, and without her experience and expertise, the Hintalovon Podcast would not exist. And if that wasn’t enough, we should also mention that Kata has a wonderful book recommendation for every occasion.
